Job Scope:

• Business Apprentice Program is a 6-month graduate program designed for highly enthusiastic and ambitious young talents, especially for penultimate year students. The program will help you hone your skills, develop into a leader and learn the ins and outs of running a digital education business in Malaysia! Take on a multitude of responsibilities to drive Xueda’s critical projects and be involved in the expansion of business across all the regions in Malaysia!

• Engage in strategic opportunities by building relationships and forming partnerships. From A to Z, you’ll learn how to start, manage and grow a digital education business.

Job Requirements:

• Final year students with a good diploma/ bachelor/master degree in any discipline that can commit to work on the programme for 6 months.

• Quick learner who is resourceful and driven to tackle hard problems in a dynamic environment

• Passionate in Education and determined to lead a change in the industry.

• Proficient in English & Mandarin.

• 6As in SPM

• CGPA 3.2 and above

• Active in Extra curriculum activities(team work and communication skill)
