Job Description
- Collect and analyze training needs based on the company’s strategic direction, business objectives, and employees’ performance reviews.
- Establish a training master plan in accordance with training needs and business objectives.
- Carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.
- Administer and coordinate various in-house and external training programs & logistic matters with effectively.
- Monitor and report on HRDF matters.
- Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.
- Regularly report on the training outcomes and evaluation summary as well as provide feedback and report to superior
- Manage Foreign workers matter (such as renew permit / medical / hostel
- To participate in full spectrum of HR scope for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counselling and staff misconduct including local & foreign worker.
- Performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and/or the Management whenever required
