Job Description

  • Collect and analyze training needs based on the company’s strategic direction, business objectives, and employees’ performance reviews.
  • Establish a training master plan in accordance with training needs and business objectives.
  • Carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.
  • Administer and coordinate various in-house and external training programs & logistic matters with effectively.
  • Monitor and report on HRDF matters.
  • Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.
  • Regularly report on the training outcomes and evaluation summary as well as provide feedback and report to superior
  • Manage Foreign workers matter (such as renew permit / medical / hostel
  • To participate in full spectrum of HR scope for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counselling and staff misconduct including local & foreign worker.
  • Performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and/or the Management whenever required
