Job Scope:

• Maintaining client relations with the client by answering queries about course specifications and uses.
• Conducting market research and providing improvements training to achieve the company’s marketing goal
• Completing the call target assigned by the management
• Need to engage with customers (Sales)

Job Requirements:

• At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, or Degree in any field of studies
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (as the candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• English Excellent customer service and sales skills.
