Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review company tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures and maintain effective control tax process.
- Regular monitoring developments in tax legislation and informing management and staff of developments in tax legislation.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits and liaise with external auditor, IRB and client on tax matters.
- Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections accurate and timely.
- Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals.
- Forecast and analyze tax predictions.
- Assist the manager in carrying out any tax related projects / initiatives on ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a minimum of Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related tax field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office – Excel, Word & Power Point.
- Good understanding of tax regulations and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
