Job Description
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects by
assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables - Develop detailed project plan with given budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Ensure that all projects are track to deliver on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, techniques and identify areas for
improvement
