Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Support:
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation for internal use.
- Ensure product requirement documents are clear, up-to-date and accessible.
- Product Testing and Verification:
- Conduct internal verification testing to validate product features and improvements.
- Identify and report issues for resolution.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as product coordinator, product analyst, engineering and business teams to clarify product feature requirements and resolve issues for features or enhancements.
- Assist on Product Performance Monitoring:
- Assist in tracking product performance metrics and relevant reports.
- Identify insights to help improve product effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field to fintech or payment industry or digital banking of consumer sector equivalent.
- Strong interest in fintech, product development and digital payments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across functions.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage documentation and testing tasks efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of research and reporting.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Excel, or other product management tools.
- Knowledge or interest in digital wallets, fintech trends, or product lifecycle.
