Job Description
As a mortgage consultant your primary responsibility is to understand the financial needs and goals of your clients and then provide them with tailored mortgage solutions that best fit their circumstances. In this role, your responsibilities are to help the client fill out loan applications, gather their financial documents, and work with different lending institutions to find the best rates.
Job Descriptions:
– Provide mortgage, loan and financial advises to offer best solution.
– Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationship and close contacts with business partners.
– Ensuring compliance with authorities parties.
– Attend to customer inquiries and follow up on mortgage loan application and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level : Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is considered advantageous.
- Possess own transport.
- Committed, Confident, Determined, self-motivated and a team player.
