Job Responsibilities

1. Monitoring the process performance throughout production line.
2. Evaluating processes and equipment to optimize productivity.
3. Develop, analyze and interpreting data to enhance manufacturing process.
4. Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.
5. Manage inventory, production cost and time constraints.
6. Establishing safety procedures & conduct training.
7. Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
8. Conducts risk assessments.
9. Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
10. Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
11. Communicates findings and proposals to superior.
12. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
13. Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Material Engineering or other related engineering discipline.

Qualifications/Skills

1. Ability to work as part of team & independently, be leader and motivate a team.
2. Analytical thinker with good interpersonal skills
3. Excellent in math and good understanding of engineering principles.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin/English/Bahasa Malaysia).
5. Ability to identify, assess and solve problems when necessary.
6. Proficient with computer and information technology.
7. Knowledge of process engineering software systems (CAD or AutoCAD).
8. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
