Career Level Entry-level
- Act as 1st & 2nd Level Support & Troubleshooting.
- Escalate in timely manner to 3rd Level Support for any issue not able to resolve.
- Ensure all incidents meet the MTTR
- Coordinate & supervise partners & team members for troubleshooting & preventive maintenance.
- Prepare technical documents upon request (ATP, RCA, RFO, MOP, HLD, LLD, etc.)
- Onsite troubleshooting if required.
- Support Level 2 Engineer during deployment, Site Survey & Circuit Activation.
