Setel is Malaysia’s first mobile app that integrates fuel payment, retail and loyalty benefits in one platform.We aim to provide a seamless experience of refuelling and purchasing with the Setel app. Setel is delighting customers across Malaysia by enabling one app for fuel, parking, EV charging, motor insurance, road tax, e-Wallet, auto assistance and more at PETRONAS stations, retail partners and online merchants nationwide. The IT Support maintains the computer connections for all departments, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Ops monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, configures minor hardware and mainly software, and solves technical issues as they arise.

In this role you will:

  • Clear ticket in IT system queue
  • Install and configure software, systems, networks and printers
  • Monitor and maintain computer anti-virus thru Dashboard
  • Maintain all asset management via system to ensure it’s up to date
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests (Via email / Slack / and other related channel)
  • Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) – Currently all remotely as “Work From Home”
  • Set up accounts for new users (G-Suite & Laptop)
  • Build an internal knowledge based (KB)l documentation, manuals and basic IT policies
  • Monitor and maintain a proper inventory of hardware (POS & Deliver2Me) and software licensing and ensure all PCs and Laptops are deployed with the latest virus definition and patches.
  • Carry out or assist automation projects for the company.
  • Carry out other tasks as been assigned by immediate superior from time to time

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Diploma or BA in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ICT or relevant field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has prior experience in hardware or software troubleshooting will be added advantage
