Job Description
Position Title:Â IT Executive (Recruitment)
Working Location:Â Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for managing the full cycle of IT recruitment process and meeting client requirements, including but not limited to writing job descriptions and posting advertisements on relevant job portals.
- Develop and enhance the existing and new sourcing channels.
- Prepare candidates’ profiles and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with clients and candidates.
- Perform background and reference checks for shortlisted applicants.
- Keep track of all application statuses and keep the applicants informed on their status.
- Other related tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or any equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally 1 year of IT recruitment.
- Fresh graduates with IT backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain IT role(s) requirements.
- Able to identify exceptional talent across various disciplines.
- Fast, accurate and know to prioritize urgency.
- MUST be fully vaccinated.
