Job Description
Responsibility:
• To perform accounts receivables & credit control role.
• Issuance of credit note & debit note.
• Ensure collection from customers is up to date in the system.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Issuing statement of accounts to customer on monthly basis or as and when required.
• Communicate with clients or related department on collection of payments through emails and phone calls.
• Documentation / data entry
• Any ad hoc as per required by superior.
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work as part of a team.
