Finance & Account Intern
- 1. Bookkeeping & General Accounting – Filing Voucher, Receipts, Customer Invoice,Letter etc & preparing documents/parcel for courier, arranging runner to bank & payment kiosk
- 2. Print Cheque and related task
- 3. Creating & Maintaining Spreadsheets – Prepare Invoice , Delivery Order , Purchase Order etc via Excel & Write a simple letter via Word
- 4. Performing clerical works and interoffice support including receiving &
- 5. Reconciliation work (Bank Statement/Claim etc)
- 6. Photocopy & Scanning Document
- 7. Key in Accounting Data into ABSS Software.
- 8. Any task of work assign from time to time.
- 1. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing : Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer
Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 2. Applicant must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor.
Internship Trainee will be paid a training allowance of RM 400.00 per month for a completed month. If working for less than a month, subject to the discretion of the company, the allowance shall be
paid on pro-rated basis.
