Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Payment
• Issue cheque to all supplier that due for the month either direct or indirect
• Process monthly payroll cheque for both Sun Media (company) and Berjaya (HQ)
• Make payment by TT, mainly for oversea syndication materials

2. Petty Cash/Claim
• Maintain petty cash account and log all outgoing disbursement.
• Reimburse petty cash claim for each department (eg:HR/EDI/DC/FIN)

3. Reconciliation
• Prepare monthly creditor reconciliation (AP)
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation (AR)

4. Filling / Administrative Work
• Maintain and ensuring the accounting document and record are up to date and be filled accordingly based on the types of doc
