Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and drive execution of advanced Automation solutions/systems in all Backend Plants.
• Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadline
• Work closely with Business Owner to gather, analyze, consolidate and standardize business requirements; transform into IT/ Factory Integration solutions proposals
• Liaise with external suppliers for automation concept proposal and cost quotation
• Continuously support the end-user community to innovate effective solution on top of sustain the maintenance.
• Work on Engineering analysis (e.g. FMEA and Risk Assessment) on new automation solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Project Management
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry (preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent)
• Experience in project conceptualization and implementation
• Innovative, creative, lateral thinking problem solver
• Team-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in relating to both internal and external customers/suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, etc.)
• Necessary in-state or out-of-state travel
• Technical knowledge in reporting tools (Tableau, BusinessObjects) and scripting languages (Python, SQL, Java, etc.)
