Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administration and execution of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, and performance review.
  • Responsible for handling the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and ensuring timely submission of statutory requirements.
  • Review, update, and maintain proper filing of employee records, personal files, HR-related documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, e.g., headcount report, ESOS, GHS, and GPA declaration reports.
  • Act as the main contact point to support and assist other business units or subsidiaries in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures, HR guidelines, and Malaysian laws.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities namely Labour Department, MEF, EPF, SOCSO, IRBM, HRD Corp and etc., as and when necessary.
  • Provide support in ISO 9001 and ensure the compliance and implementation of HR Quality Procedure.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a HR generalist handling payroll and HR core functions.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Fundamental knowledge of HR practices including employment law, recruitment and hiring, performance management, compensation and benefits.
  • Experienced in using Orisoft system will be an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, tactful, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solver.
