Job Description

You will assist the Regional APAC HR Business Partner for Electrification business area across 3 divisions in marketing & sales unit (divisions covered: Distribution Solutions, Smart Power & Smart Building), across 12 countries. This HRBP also double hats as the local HRBP of EL business. The person will be able to have exposure to regional HR projects around employee engagement, culture building, talent management, performance management and leadership development.
