Job Description

Firsthand experience using industry standard ticketing systems, like
ServiceNow, Remedy, LanDesk, etc
Extensive hands-on experience with latest Microsoft products
• Troubleshooting Office 365 (deep understanding of Outlook & One Drive)
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of Microsoft Enterprise tools – E.g. Yammer, Teams & Planner.
Hands-on experience with computer hardware
Basic IT Security knowledge
• Symantec product knowledge
• Troubleshooting Windows Firewall
• Knowledge of Windows Defender Antivirus
• Understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
Experience in providing support using phone, chat and remote assistance tools
A typing speed that exceeds 200 characters per minute
