Job Description

  • Maintain cleanliness of the production area and other surroundings as well
  • Establish, control, monitor, and maintain documentation of quality system by the requirements stated in the GMP/HACCP/ISO22000 certification
  • Handle internal and external customer complaints
  • Initiate participating and driving corrective actions and root cause analysis
  • Involve in investigation and troubleshooting activities in relation to process and product non-conformity
  • Works closely with other department for the improvement on operation process to ensure product safety and quality
  • Responsible in QA/QC activities in the company
  • Perform any ad-hoc relevant works as required
