Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Fact Finding on client Financial Needs
- Pass Identify client Financial Goal and Priorities
- Meeting with clients & Provide Sales Consultation to customer base on client needs
- Provide Solutions and Recommendation for client Financial Goals
- Implementation and Review on client Financial Portfolio
- To be actively involved in the Selling Process of Financial Planning
- To Create Appointments to Meet, Planning, Present with potential clients that we will pass to you for successful deals
- Provide Good Customer Services and Maintain Good Relationship will all clients; consistent follow up to increase the rate of repeated customers.
- Attend and Resolve clients issue promptly
- To Participate in all internal company Training, Meetings, Seminar and Events
- To Meet KPI, Weekly, Monthly forces and Targets set by the management for the team
- Weekly Departmental Meeting including updates on Weekly Forecast
- Assist in Team Building and Career Recruitment Activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFACATIONS
- Candidates must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/ “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent
- Passionate or have an Interest in Doing Sales
- Prior Sales Experience preferred but not mandatory as Training and Coaching will be provided
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Possess Good Work Ethics, Pleasant Personality, Proactive and Resourceful
- Self-motivated, Aggressive and Possess High Interest in the Financial Industry
- Aggressive and Result Oriented, be able to Work Independently / As a Team
- Love challenges and like to work in a Culture environment.
- Possess Own Transport.
