Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Providing application/solution support to teams within the organisation and to external customers
  2. Investigate, troubleshoot and provide resolutions for customer issues
  3. Attend to questions about the installation, operation, configuration and use of products
  4. Provide remote and on-site application/solution support, analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution, and document the problem.
  5. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures


Qualifications and experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  2. Experience in Software/Application Support is an added advantage.
  3. Knowledge in JIRA Service Management is an added advantage
