Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing application/solution support to teams within the organisation and to external customers
- Investigate, troubleshoot and provide resolutions for customer issues
- Attend to questions about the installation, operation, configuration and use of products
- Provide remote and on-site application/solution support, analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution, and document the problem.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures

Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Experience in Software/Application Support is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in JIRA Service Management is an added advantage
