Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Study and analyzes infrastructure technical problem, provide solution and training.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other department while troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Review on troubleshooting report, cause analysis and preventive improvement.
  • Plan and work according to safety procedure.
  • Manage spare parts at reasonable level.
  • Study and execute equipment revamp project for improvement.
  • Improve troubleshooting procedure and reduce maintenance cost.
  • Review and study the performance of preventive maintenance and corrective action to be taken.
  • Collect and setup technical documents of drawing, manual and technical information for maintenance purpose.
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of Level 2, PMIS, UMS and any other assigned computer system in the production floor.
  • Analyze and support the technical problem.
  • Follow instruction from superior and accomplish the assigned job.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related field.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge in programming language VB.NET or C# and networking will be added advantage.​
