1. Bookkeeping and general accounting.
2. Invoicing and Monthly bank reconciliation.
3 .Accounts Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR).
4. Able to handle or assist in handling a Full set of accounts including payroll.
5. To closely monitor the month-end account closing to ensure accounts are checked, closed, and submitted on time and tally to Financial Statements and supporting documents.
6. Sorting and tabulating labels and filing documentation.
7. Able to work at face pace and multi-tasking.
8. Emails and phone call handling.
9. To liaise with the auditor during yearly Account Audit.
10. Handling ad-hoc requests/duties in a timely manner.
11. Building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues.
