Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Livestreaming Support: Assist the Live Streaming Operator Manager in planning and executing live streaming content.
  2. Demonstrate products: Answer audience inquiries, provide recommendations, and guide purchasing during live streams.
  3. Audience Engagement: Engage with viewers to increase fan activity, loyalty, and live stream viewership, supporting sales goals.
  4. Monitor live sessions: manage pacing, and improvise to maintain high engagement.
  5. Support follower growth and sales: On assigned live channels, assisting the e-commerce team in achieving GMV targets
  6. Enhance live streaming performance: Continuously learning to optimize GMV conversion and engagement

Qualification:

  1. Education: SPM, Diploma
  2. Language Skills: Proficient in Malay & English
  3. Communication & Interpersonal skills: Be passionate, energetic, and possess strong product presentation and communication skills; Excellent at controlling the pace, strong service orientation, and possessing some crowd control and on-air abilities
  4. Motivation & Responsibility: Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Livestreaming Knowledge: Familiar with TikTok e-commerce live streaming platform & feature is a plus
