Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish content on Rednote,Instagram and Facebook, manage community engagement, and drive follower growth and engagement metrics.
- Co-Branding & KOL Collaborations: Lead partnerships, negotiate agreements, support content creation, and track campaign performance.
- Community Development: Expand and engage membership communities through activities and recruitment strategies.
- Market Research & Strategy: Analyze local market trends and competitors, and propose innovative marketing strategies to drive brand growth.
- Business Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with local businesses for co-branding campaigns, ensuring brand compliance and mutual benefits.
- Campaign Coordination: Support execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualification:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Proficient in Malay & English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
- Data & Analytical Skills: Excel proficiency; Able to analyze data, identify issues, and suggest improvements
- Communication & Logical Thinking: Strong logical thinking and clear communication
- Motivation & Responsibility: Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, event planning, co-branding initiatives and budgets simultaneously is a plus
