Job Description

As part of the Finance & Account team, you should possess an understanding of accounting and financial principles and a positive attitude. You should be collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.

• To assist in preparing documents for approved payments.
• To assist in filings, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned from time to time.
• Update quotation status weekly.
• Handly day to day data entries and maintain proper records.
• To assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures.
• To assist with account payable tasks such as processing invoices, setting up vendors, and preparing A/P report.
• To assist with account receivable tasks such as sending out the Statement of Account, post customer payments by recording cash & credit card transactions.
