Job Description
- Assist in HR Department’s day-to-day operations, including but not limited to recruitment, training activities, employee engagement activities.
- Assist in maintaining the recruitment tracking system and other relevant recruitment metrics and reports.
- Work with recruitment and marketing teams to assist in any employer branding campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related field with a strong interest in people-related matters, especially in talent acquisition;
- Attentive to detail and well-organized.
- Candidate must possess basic interpersonal & communication skills.
- Eager to learn and work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Cope well under pressure.
- Internship duration(s): 3 month(s) and above.
