Job Description
As an intern, you will be assign to serve one of the departments during your internship on the following:
Supply Chain:
– Participate in sales and operations planning forecasting
– Assist in custom clearance, supplier daily operation, including but not limited to logistic costing, planning, inventory management and etc.
– Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion, ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries, responsible for internal and external customers satisfaction.
After Sales Service & IT Support:
– Support in service data analysis, job sheet auditing and etc.
– After sales service follow up and manage escalations timely and professionally
– IT support
Channel Sales:
– Sales data analysis, tracking and etc
– Market research
Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Degree in related background or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess basic interpersonal & communication skills. Eager to learn and work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Cope well under pressure.
- Internship duration(s): 3 month(s) and above.
