Job Description

  • Process supplier invoices and receipts
  • Manage employee reimbursements, review & verify document
  • Assist on cash flow forecast
  • Assist on Interco company transaction
  • Administration and documentation of all company document, including contract, Offer, Invoice, PO, DO and claim.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Degree in related background or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess basic interpersonal & communication skills. Eager to learn and work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Cope well under pressure.
  • Internship duration(s): 3 month(s) and above.
