Job Description
Job Brief:
To manage the Fixed Assets Management function effectively and efficiently
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets register
- To enhance internal control on assets management
- Ensure respective Fixed Assets PIC aware and understand of their responsibility as fixed asset custodian
- In-charge of Fixed Asset tagging
- To ensure proper segregation of damage Fixed Assets and write off
- Raise routine Journal Voucher ie depreciation and etc
- Conduct and coordinate half yearly Fixed Asset sighting
- Assist in stock count
- Assist in preparation of tax and audit schedules
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly report and analysis
- Maintenance of standard operating procedures in relation to the Accounts department
- Other job as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Qualification : Degree in accounting or equivalent
- Experience : At least with 1 year of relevant working experience or fresh graduate
- Skill : • Computer literate • Analytical and hardworking • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting system i.e SAP • Awareness on FRS, Income Tax Act and Companies Act
- Language : Be effectively bilingual in English and Malay
