Job Description

Job Description | Your role will involve:

  • Product & Service Marketing: Promoting our range of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
  • Customer Development: Developing new customer relationships in the commercial, industrial, and end-user sectors.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from both existing and new customers.
  • Account Management: Aggressively reviewing account activities to uncover new business or upselling opportunities.
  • Quotation & Order Management: Preparing and handling quotation requests, coordinating goods delivery, and managing payment collections.
  • Sales Opportunities Development: Researching and identifying potential accounts to develop sales opportunities.
  • Cold Calling: Initiating contact with prospective customers through cold calls.
  • Follow-Up & Sales Cycle Management: Conducting follow-up meetings with customers and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Quota Responsibility: Managing accounts with a sales quota.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Performing any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification & Experiences | About you

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the ICT sector.
  • Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and services.
  • Experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or Inside Sales is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in researching and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Experience in cold calling and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and persistent.
