Job Description:

•  Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
•  To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
• Keep records of student attendance and teacher performance.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Be an effective change manager with the ability to lead the team through by displaying motivating and encouraging behaviors
• Coordinate and resolve feedback, escalations with other departments to ensure operational efficiencies
• Create reports to update the management on the team’s progress and results
• Any other assignments and projects as assigned by the Manager

Requirement:

• Must be fluent in both Mandarin & English – to interact with clients/customers who are Mandarin-speaking.
•  Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationship at various levels
• Comfortable with digitalization and remote work
• Solid computer skills, especially MS Excel
