MySTEP is a programme announced by the Minister of Finance which provides trainings and short-term placements in Public Sector as well as Government Linked Companies (GLCs) and its strategic partners.

- MySTEP personnel can be appointed to perform any scope of work stipulated according to the needs of the Ministry/ Department/ GLCs/ Strategic Partners.
- The actual wage rate offered is based on the type and complexity of the work required by the Ministry/ Department/ GLCs/ Strategic Partners:
