Job Description

  • Prepare sales quotations as required.

  • Contact clients to obtain supporting documents.

  • Attend to customer enquiries related to quotations, requests, and operational matters via phone calls and emails.

  • Handle customer enquiries on products and pricing.

  • Explain the company’s products and services and address customers’ needs effectively.

  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Create and update XPM records.

  • Prepare HRDF documents, send them to clients, and follow up with the Business Development team.

  • Learn and understand the HRDF application process to assist clients with any issues encountered.

  • Monitor, issue, and send payment advice to clients or participants registered for events.

  • Assist in calculating commissions for the Marketing team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and records.
