Prepare sales quotations as required.

Contact clients to obtain supporting documents.

Attend to customer enquiries related to quotations, requests, and operational matters via phone calls and emails.

Handle customer enquiries on products and pricing.

Explain the company’s products and services and address customers’ needs effectively.

Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Create and update XPM records.
-
Prepare HRDF documents, send them to clients, and follow up with the Business Development team.

Learn and understand the HRDF application process to assist clients with any issues encountered.
-
Monitor, issue, and send payment advice to clients or participants registered for events.
-
Assist in calculating commissions for the Marketing team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and records.
