  • Assist in planning and executing company marketing activities, including sales launches, virtual events, courses, workshops, and roadshows.

  • Coordinate all operational and promotional activities for virtual events.

  • Manage customer and public interactions with professionalism, tact, and strong relationship-building skills.

  • Handle guests and clients during online events to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Assist in inviting potential leads and contacts to monthly events.

  • Support appointment setting for consultants to assist SMEs and business owners in achieving their business objectives.

  • Arrange, test, and ensure readiness of all event logistics, including audio-visual equipment, décor, and overall setup.

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
