Job Description
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, encompassing the reception, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure the optimal utilization of warehouse space and resources to maximize efficiency.
- Enforce and implement robust safety and security procedures within the warehouse.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and uphold accurate inventory levels through continuous oversight.
- Conduct routine stock checks and orchestrate physical inventory counts.
- Introduce and enforce inventory control measures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
Logistics Coordination
- Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
- Guarantee the timely and precise shipment of goods to meet customer demands.
- Track, document, and report on the status of both incoming and outgoing shipments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Warehouse preferred.
- Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply
- Must be comfortable to OT sometimes at night due to the nature of business
- Abilities to read and write Mandarin are an additional advantage, candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
