Job Scope

1. Tour Operations / Travel Operations

Students will be exposed to the daily operational functions of a travel agency, including:

• Assisting in tour planning and itinerary preparation.
• Coordinating with hotels, transport providers and tour suppliers.
• Preparing travel documents such as itineraries, voucher and schedules.
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

2. Marketing (Travel & Tourism)

Students will gain basic exposure to marketing activities within the travel industry, including:

• Assisting in social media content and digital promotions.
• Supporting preparation of marketing materials (flyers, posters, online content).
• Assisting in promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
