Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting marketing manager / other colleagues in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Organize and help prepare materials needed for any upcoming offsite events.
• Assist in liaising with external vendors/suppliers for event management.
• Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentation decks/slides.
• Contributing to marketing plans and ideas.
• Assist in the creation of campaign collateral.
• Assist in telemarketing / cold call-in obtaining leads for events. (Webinar, Forum, Events)
• Handle inbound leads and respond in a timely order.
• Ensure customers’ orders are processed efficiently.
• Build good customer relations and expand client base.
• Maintain sales reports and data reporting for pipeline management.
• Uncovers opportunities that drive incremental revenue and profit.
• Coordinate within internal department and external (customer & supplier) to facilitate on sales activity.
• Weekly funnels tracking review with superior.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience
