Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma or equivalent experience in Agriculture / Sales & Marketing / Business Development or relevant field.
  • Excellent understanding of sales & marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Pro-active and ability to give ideas to improve the marketing functions and increase sales.
  • Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and strong leadership.
  • Preferred languages in: Mandarin* / English / Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to travel (company will provide vehicle).

Responsibility

  • Sales & Business Development on specific areas.
  • Customer Management to maintain close businesses.
  • Develop marketing plans on respective area to improve sales.
  • Frequent travel to and sometimes into farms for monitoring trials, and evaluation for new product performances.
  • Submission of reports.
