 Job Description

  • Participate in a thorough and in-depth training program with exposure to all fields in the sales of concrete and quarry products.
  • Work with Sales Manager and Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies and plans aimed at increasing consumer awareness, sales, market share and profits.
  • Preparation of annual budgets and accurate sales forecasts for area of responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major and minor customers driving volume and brand loyalty in area of responsibility.
  • Work with technical function to deliver high quality products to our customers.
  • Ensure application of best practice sales and selling skill and implement meeting planning prior to face-to-face calls, building rapport during meetings, apply the Sales Pyramid, explain company’s competitive advantages, ask open questions, handle objections professionally, apply the skills of negotiation, close the deal where appropriate and ensure high levels of product and technical knowledge.
  • Cost control through effective management of the sales process in area of responsibility.
