Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set.
- Prospect, identify, and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients’ HR needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the value and benefits of our outsourced HR services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR experts and implementation specialists, to ensure a seamless transition for clients from the sales process to service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging HR practices, and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently striving for exceptional sales performance.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in BPO is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years experience in outdoor sales (Fresh grade is encouraged to apply)
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the HR outsourcing industry or a related field.
- Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and challenges faced by businesses, allowing for effective needs assessment and solution positioning.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
