What You’ll Do
- Drive sales activities and business strategy to expand market share and increase profitability in the region, directly impacting company growth.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, fostering repeat business.
- Develop new business opportunities by establishing and expanding customer accounts and exploring new markets.
- Respond to sales inquiries and deliver customized solutions that meet customer expectations, building strong partnerships.
- Prepare competitive quotations and pricing, conduct in-depth market analysis, and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the factory to coordinate sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Engage with customer through meetings and presentations, offering tailored solutions and establishing trust.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and targets, contributing to your success and the overall growth of the company.
What You’ll Need
- Possess at least a degree in any field
- Prefer candidates with experience in technical sales; fresh graduates with enthusiasm for sales are welcome
- Multi-lingual skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Auto-CAD or equivalent is an advantage
- Must possess own transport
- Willingness to travel locally and outstation (allowances provided)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
- Must be willing to be based in Bandar Teknologi, Kajang
