Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing account receivables, supporting financial operations, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Process customer sales orders and generate accurate invoices according to established procedures.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely invoicing and accurate customer information.
- Analyze customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage collection activities, including sending statements, dunning letters, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers using financial data and credit reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure account balances are accurate.
- Perform daily collection follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly AR Aging reports and month-end reports accurately and on time.
- Conduct analysis on customer DSO performance and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential collection issues.
- Support AR dashboard development and validation activities.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries when necessary.
- Perform other assignments as assigned by superior.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good to Have
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Energetic, proactive, and motivated individual with a positive working attitude.
