Job Description

  • In-charge of machine programming & set up
  • Liaison for all technician issue
  • Machine trouble shooting
  • Define the tool use, tool life, tool layout and cutting sequence
  • Process checking audit method and tool use
  • Tool life monitoring and improvement
  • Prod output & quality control

Required skills

CAD software Engineering Knowledge of ISO 9001 /QS 9000 /IATF 16949 QMS Mechanical Engineering Understand and acquire the correct skill/method of using measuring devices
