• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both existing / potential customers.
• Promote and get company products specified by visiting developer, architects and consultants.
• Gather market intelligence, identify new business opportunities.
• Serve as the key expert on assigned products, providing in-depth technical knowledge to internal teams and customers.
• Support the sales team with product presentations, technical documents, demonstrations, and customer inquiries.
• Travelling if needed.
• Other ad hoc jobs assigned by HODs.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Preferable proficient in Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• FRESH GRADUATE or minimum 1 year of working experience, ideally in the building materials industry or related field.
• Strong network with contractors, developers, and architects would be an added advantage.
• Aggressive and willing to travel outstation.
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Independent, self-driven, and committed to achieving results.
• Must possess own transport.
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft is required.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience.
