Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and office supplies based on the company’s purchasing plans;
2. Communicate with suppliers for inquiries, price comparisons, and negotiations to ensure reasonable pricing and quality of purchased items;
3. Handle purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods;
4. Assist in preparing procurement-related reports and documentation;
5. Coordinate with warehouse and finance departments to ensure smooth processes for goods inspection, reconciliation, and payment;
6. Handle logistics arrangements, including coordinating transportation, tracking delivery progress, and resolving any logistics-related issues;
7. Handle e-invoice submissions to suppliers and coordinate any related documentation (K1, Bill of lading, Form E )or corrections.
8. Have knowledge in Logistic Import procedure.
