Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Involve in brainstorming and discussion with team member to in online sales & marketing activities
  • With company resources, find leads and conducting the necessary follow-up
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have, and suggest solution ideas to the team
  • Keep & update customers records on daily basis

Requirement:

  • Computer proficiency is a mandatory
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin would be a bonus)
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
