Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Networking Penetration Test Intern to join our cybersecurity team. As an intern, you will work closely with our security experts to identify and exploit security vulnerabilities in applications, networks, and systems. This hands-on experience will help you gain practical knowledge in cybersecurity and enhance your ethical hacking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting penetration tests on networks, applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations to enhance security posture.
• Analyze security assessments, log reports, and incident data.
• Document findings and prepare detailed technical reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with security engineers to resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Research and stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
• Support the security team in evaluating and improving security controls and policies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, etc.).
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap).
• Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and exposures (OWASP Top 10, CVEs).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Passion for cybersecurity and ethical hacking.
• CGPA Minimum 3.50 or above
