Reporting to: Molding Manager
Qualification
1 Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3 At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4 Required Skill(s): Communication, Leadership, Independent, Supervision, Problem Solving
5 Able to work shift (day & night) rotation.
Responsibility
1. To manage and coach for all workers including foreign workers
2. To coordinate and make sure the daily output can be met
3. To ensure work station is good condition before production
4. To maintain proper paperwork flow in production
5. To communicate and cooperate with teams and other section to maintain a good working relationship and on-time delivery of goods to customer.
Function
1 Monitor real-time production efficiency and ensure planned target efficiency can be met
2 Provide training, coach, motivate and lead the team to high-performance culture and maximize the quality output
3 Enforce compliance to workplace policies on the production floor
4 Perform other duties assigned by superior
