About Us
Life Health Essential Sdn Bhd is based in Melaka and operates both a physical retail store and an online e-commerce business. We are looking for an intern who can understand Mandarin and is interested in marketing, digital business and the practical use of AI.

What You Will Do
• Help plan and create Facebook, Instagram and TikTok content, including Canva designs and short videos.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotion planning and day-to-day e-commerce updates on Shopee, Lazada and our website.
• Research and test AI tools for content creation, information organisation, customer follow-up and routine business tasks.
• Help map existing work processes, write simple SOPs, and build and test practical AI-assisted workflows and basic automations.
• Compare tools, document findings and suggest improvements that save time and improve work quality.
• Assist with WhatsApp customer follow-up, basic data organisation and simple marketing performance reports.
• Check AI-generated content for accuracy and suitability, and use company and customer information responsibly.

Who We Are Looking For
• Students in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Media, IT, Information Systems or a related field.
• Curious about AI, willing to experiment, and able to explain and document what you learn.
• Basic familiarity with social media and Canva; short-video editing, spreadsheets, AI tools or no-code automation skills are a plus.
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn through practical tasks.
• You do not need to be an AI expert or advanced programmer. Relevant class projects or personal experiments are welcome.
